Terms & Conditions -Therapeutic Agreement

Thank you for choosing to enter into a therapeutic relationship with me.

Throughout our sessions, you will find me to be non-judgemental. This is a safe space where you are encouraged to heal, grow and change.

Our sessions are confidential, I may share some issues covered with my supervisor during Clinical Supervision, where clients are anonymised. There is a legal obligation for me to break confidentiality should you be involved in money laundering; terrorism; drug trafficking; human trafficking; should I deem there is danger to you, children or vulnerable adults. Records are kept securely for seven years.

I am trained to offer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy™ - all directive approaches and I will use a mixture of all as an Integrative Therapist.

The initial 30 minute intake session is complementary. Thereafter, sessions are charged as stated, durations differ per service. Please pay as per the agreement.

Should appointments need to be changed, please allow 24 hours notice. Likewise, if you cannot attend and miss a session, I reserve the right to charge the full amount where notice has not been given. Please advise of any holidays/calendar clashes in advance so appointments can be rearranged.

I offer sessions via videocall, in person (available from my home- if requested I can travel to a client’s address. The Client will be responsible for travel costs), or a combination of the two- whichever is most convenient.

Should you need to contact me, the best way is to send me a text message on 07734 662230 between 7am & 7pm, Monday to Friday and I will contact you as soon as I can. If you need help outside of these hours, I have included a list of telephone numbers on the “urgent help” page attached to this agreement.

As I manage my clients and their appointments with accuracy, should you arrive late for a session, you will not always receive your full alloted with me.

I ask that you be as honest as you can with me, in order for you to get the most out of this relationship. You have the right to cancel your sessions at any time, likewise after our initial sessions you can extend for as long as you feel necessary.
